The Booklover is an independent Oxford bookshop and
comic shop set up in the summer of 2006.

Our aim as booksellers is to provide quality second-hand
books, comics, annuals and comic/sci-fi collectables in
very good condition (as-new where possible).
Antiquarian rare books will obviously have some wear
and tear, but we aim to meet collectors requirements and
be as accurate as possible in our descriptions of goods.  

Please feel free to visit our guest book and we welcome any

website or the shop if you have been in to visit us.

Purchasing/Payment Options

Please contact us if you would like a better description of a book you may be interested in or if you would like more information about other books we have in stock.

To purchase a book please choose from the following payment options:

• Shopping cart: Paypal payment using shopping cart.

• Contact the Booklover shop 01865 247356 to pay over the telephone using our secure Streamline credit/debit card payment syste

• Send a cheque for the full amount including postage to
  The Booklover,1 Woodins Way, Oxford OX1 1HD and
  make cheques payable to: The Booklover.

Please allow time for bank clearance of cheques. Please remember to give details of the books you are purchasing and your postal address and telephone number.

Return Policy.

We try to give an accurate description of all our goods, but if you are unhappy about your purchase, please contact us during working hours to discuss and return the purchase in the same condition as it was posted to you within 14 working days and once we have received the goods back in good order we will refund your initial payment for that item.

Postal Costs.

Our postal costs are shown on the shopping carts and include for packaging and Royal Mail normal delivery charges within the UK and air mail for destinations outside the UK. If you require special delivery options then please contact us to discuss and agree any additional charges to be added to your invoice.

We shall advise postal charges for individual items up-front and only try to cover our packaging/post costs. We feel this is the fairest method. If you would like to purchase multiple items via telephone or post we maybe able to offer a discount on the cost of goods or on postage costs.
